It is encouraged that you still send an inquiry in. Just because it does not perfectly meet the criteria does not mean it is immediately discarded as an opportunity for The 1972 Fund. 

Do you provide finder fees?

Compensation will be provided for the value brought on by intermediaries. Compensation can be offered through standard fees, use of services or investment opportunities.

What EBITDA multiple are you looking for?

The 1972 Fund is seeking a multiple of at least 5-6x with a 10-20% growth.
